The robe ties at a position that works whether you are still pregnant or a few weeks postpartum, and the flywheel arm construction means it sits on your shoulders beautifully without bunching. I feel like a person again when I put this on.
What I appreciate most is how the nursing functionality is built into the design rather than looking like an afterthought. The top drapes naturally after you close it back up so no one can even tell the panels are there.
The pajama bottoms have just enough stretch to accommodate a growing bump without feeling tight, and the nursing panels on the top open so easily even half asleep at 3am.
The waistband on the pajama pants sits right under the bump which is exactly where you want it, though I do wish there were two robe belt loops instead of one.
I pulled this out during my second night in the hospital and the nurses kept asking where I got it. The pleated collar gives it that elevated look while still being completely functional for feeding.
